Directions

  2. Place the trimmed brisket in the slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Slice against the grain or shred the meat, then drizzle with the remaining ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
