  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  3. Add cheddar cheese cubes to the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
