INGREDIENTS
8 slices of bread
½ cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp of cinnamon
Nutella (as desired)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp of butter
INSTRUCTIONS
To make a sandwich with Nutella, apply the spread onto a slice of bread and top it with another slice.
Beat together eggs, vanilla extract, milk,and cinnamon in a shallow dish using a whisk.
Dip the Nutella sandwich in the egg mixture to make sure that it is evenly coated on both sides.
After melting the butter in a skillet on medium heat, cook the sandwich in it for 2-3 minutes on each side until it’s crispy and has a golden brown exterior.
Redo the process with the rest of the sandwiches.
You can serve it warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream, if you prefer.
