Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Marinate Wings: In a bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Bake Wings: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place marinated wings on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Caramelize: In the last 10 minutes of baking, baste the wings with the caramelized sauce to achieve a glossy finish.
  4. Serve Hot: Remove from the oven and serve the Caramelized Chicken Wings hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
