  • 1 cup peanut butter Use smooth peanut butter for creamier texture.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped) Chop into small pieces for even distribution.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can substitute with dark or white chocolate chips.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg; mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips, along with vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
  • Drop the dough by tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Freeze for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature before eating.
