Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth. Mix in the granulated sugar and melted butter until well combined.
  • Gradually stir in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.
  • Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten each cookie gently with a fork.
  • Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove them from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.

Notes
