  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese You can switch cheeses as desired.
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
