  • 500g flour
  • 150ml hot milk
  • 150ml warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp of dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • chopped parsley
  • chilli flakes


  1. Whisk the flour with the salt and yeast. Add warm water and milk and knead until liquids are absorbed. Add olive oil and knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). Shape the dough into a ball, cover with vegetable oil and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  2. When the dough has finished rising, cut it into 6 and roll each piece into a ball. Roll out each flatbread and place it on a preheated skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 5-6 minutes (2.5-3 minutes on each side). When you flip each flatbread, it should form a pocket in the middle. Brush each warm flatbread with oil, then garnish with parsley and chili flakes.
