Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 6 brioche buns
  • Romaine lettuce, for serving

Directions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks, and then drain any excess broth.
  5. Add the Caesar salad dressing to the shredded chicken in the slow cooker, stirring to combine thoroughly.
  6. Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  7. If desired, toast the brioche buns under a broiler for 1-2 minutes for extra texture.
  8. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each bun. Top with fresh Romaine lettuce.
  9. Serve immediately.
