Ingredients

  • 8 Eggland’s Best Eggs
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and half-and-half until smooth. Stir in the cheddar cheese, ham, green pepper, and onion.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
