Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 10-ounce can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 15 ounce can Ranch Style Beans
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 1 10.25 oz bag Fritos
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, ranch style beans, and corn. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture is heated through.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the Fritos, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
