Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Make sure it's cold for best whipping results.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Assembling

  • 10-12 pieces cannoli shells Store-bought or homemade.
  • Powdered sugar for dusting For serving.
  • Crushed graham crackers for garnish Adds texture and flavor.
  • Lemon zest curls for garnish For aesthetic appeal.

Instructions
 

Make the Filling

  • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix the condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until everything is fully combined.

Chill the Filling

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it firm up.

Assemble the Cannolis

  • Fill a piping bag with the lemon mixture and pipe it into both ends of the cannoli shells until they are full.

Garnish & Serve

  • Dust with powdered sugar, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on the ends, and top with lemon zest curls for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

Store cannoli shells and filling separately to keep the shells crispy. The filling can be made a day in advance.
