  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 prepared crust gluten-free graham cracker crust
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the vegan cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the apple filling and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the gluten-free graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the center.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool before drizzling it with caramel sauce just before serving.

Notes
