Preparation

  • Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, green olives, parsley, and basil.
  • In a bowl, mix together the chopped ingredients with the grated Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
  • Drizzle in the olive oil and stir until combined.

Notes
