Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined & chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat

Vegetables

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Dairy

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Other

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • as needed Tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread for serving

Instructions
 

Cooking the Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and fully cooked. Set aside to cool.

Preparing the Dip

  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Combining Ingredients

  • Fold in the cooked shrimp, crab meat, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan until well combined.

Baking the Dip

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Serving the Dip

  • Let the dip cool slightly, then serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

Notes

Ensure that the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Adjust seasonings to taste. For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
