  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with cheddar or mozzarella

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. Avoid microwaving.
