  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  • In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Roasting

  • Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and golden brown.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the roasted Brussels sprouts with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Return the baking sheet to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, consider broiling them for the last couple of minutes. If there are leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
