Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon juiced

For the Coating

  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken breasts by mixing ranch dressing, Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Coat the chicken well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to broil.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese, and panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Top each one with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, and drizzle melted butter over the top.
  • Put the chicken under the broiler for 5-7 minutes until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in the oven for a few minutes to regain its crispy texture, or use a microwave if you’re short on time. For extra flavor, consider adding some Italian seasoning to the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
