Cooking

  • In a large pot or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the dried herbs. Bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
