  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss them to coat evenly in the sauce.
  • Arrange the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.

  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, consider broiling them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. You can marinate the wings for a few hours or overnight in the honey and soy sauce mixture for deeper flavor. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey, depending on your taste preference.
