Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter

  • 1/2 cup Softened butter Must be at room temperature
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic Fresh garlic preferred for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped Can substitute with dried herbs if necessary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste

For the Bread

  • 1 loaf Sliced bread Any type, such as French, Italian, or sourdough

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Using a butter knife or spatula, evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over each slice of bread.

Baking

  • Place the prepared slices on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the bread are golden brown.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove the garlic bread from the oven. Let it cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese on top of the garlic butter before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to a day or wrapped in aluminum foil and refrigerated for up to three days.
