Ingredients
  

Yum Yum Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2.5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1.5 tablespoons salted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika

Chick-Fil-A Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Olive Garden Alfredo

  • 16 ounces fettuccine
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.25 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Chicken Finger Dipping Sauce

  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cholula hot sauce or favorite hot sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Honey Mustard

  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Sweet & Sour Sauce

  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1-2 drops red food coloring (optional)

Instructions
 

Making the Sauces

  • For Yum Yum Sauce: Mix the mayonnaise, water, ketchup, sugar, rice vinegar, melted butter, onion powder, and paprika together until smooth.
  • For Chick-Fil-A Sauce: Combine yellow mustard, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • For Olive Garden Alfredo: Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. In a saucepan, melt butter, then add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and flour, then gradually whisk in heavy cream and milk. Add parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Combine with cooked fettuccine, and garnish with parsley.
  • For Chicken Finger Dipping Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic salt, black pepper, hot sauce, and Worcestershire in a bowl and mix well.
  • For Honey Mustard: Mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
  • For Sweet & Sour Sauce: In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth and stir into the sauce; cook until thickened. Add food coloring if desired.

Notes

Store your sauces in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Most sauces can last up to a week, but always check for freshness before consuming.
