  • 2 cups Grilled chicken strips Make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
  • 4 cups Lettuce Any type of lettuce can be used.
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped.
  • 4 slices Bacon Crumble before adding.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Sliced.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large Chopped boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup Low carb ranch dressing Keep it separate if meal prepping.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation

  • Start by grilling the chicken strips until fully cooked.
  • In a large bowl, add the lettuce, onions, cucumber, and pickles.
  • Cut the grilled chicken into strips and add it to the salad.
  • Crumble the bacon and add it along with the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped boiled eggs.
  • Drizzle with low carb ranch dressing, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything gently to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Consider serving with whole grain bread or crackers. If storing, keep dressing separate to prevent wilting. Use fresh ingredients for optimal flavor.
