  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or any cheese that melts well
  • 1/4 cup melted butter for brushing
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until a dough forms.
  • Take a small piece of dough and flatten it in your hand.
  • Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center.
  • Fold the dough over the cheese and roll it into a ball.
  • Place the biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the gooey center!

Notes

For best results, ensure your cheese is fresh. Don't overcrowd the baking sheet for even cooking. You can customize these with different fillings like spinach and feta or pepperoni.
