Ingredients
  

Beef Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onions Cook until translucent.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Biscuit Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)

Butter Mixture

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Topping

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add diced onions and cook until translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted. Let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  • Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center of each circle and seal.
  • Place sealed balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley; brush over each bomb.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the bombs.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
