Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure to soften for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Biscuit Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) Alternatively, homemade biscuit dough can be used.

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing on top.
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit into a round disc and place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each disc.
  • Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
  • Place the assembled bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

These bombs are perfect for parties or casual gatherings. If any leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place back in the oven for a few minutes.
