  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they start to soften, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Incorporate the cauliflower florets, along with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the pan or in a serving bowl. Pairs well with grilled chicken or fish. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
