  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter Can be substituted with olive oil for a vegan version.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped cauliflower to the skillet.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and the mushrooms are golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the dish to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat thoroughly before serving.
