Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted

Filling

  • 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream Softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream For topping

Toppings

  • Chocolate syrup For topping
  • Oreo crumbs For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a solid crust.
  • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the crust, smoothing it out.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the chocolate ice cream.
  • Place the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle extra Oreo crumbs as a garnish.
  • Slice the cake and enjoy!

Notes

Best served straight from the freezer. You can add extra whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate syrup when serving.
