  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh shrimp recommended
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix the shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stuff each jalapeño half with the shrimp mixture.
  • Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked and the jalapeños are tender.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the fiery goodness!

Notes

For serving, arrange stuffed jalapeños on a platter and garnish with green onions or parsley. Pair with hot sauce for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
