  • 20 pieces Jumbo Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Pancake Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2-3 cups Vegetable Oil For deep frying

  • Whipped Cream Optional
  • Chocolate Syrup Optional
  • Sprinkles Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oil by heating about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a bowl, prepare the batter by mixing the pancake mix, egg, milk, and a bit of oil until smooth.

Frying

  • Coat each marshmallow by dipping it into the batter, ensuring it’s evenly coated, then gently shake off any excess.
  • Fry the marshmallows by placing the coated marshmallows in the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  • Drain and serve by removing the marshmallows with a slotted spoon, draining on paper towels, and topping with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles while still warm.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Experiment with different batters or toppings for unique flavors!
