  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Adjust based on desired spiciness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Use for serving.

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.

Cooking

  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

This dish can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the microwave or stove, adding a splash of milk or cream if necessary. You can also add vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
