  • 1 lb Italian sausage Use mild or hot based on preference
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Adjust for creaminess preference

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For tossing with pasta and for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking the sausage
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped For garnish and flavor

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Cooking Sausage

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Making the Sauce

  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley to taste before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Pairs well with side salad or garlic bread.
