  • 1 cup Heavy cream For a lighter version, use half-and-half.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or frozen works.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add cooked pasta and spinach, mixing until warmed through.
  • Finish by stirring in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Serve hot, and consider adding extra Parmesan or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for flavor. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and add a splash of cream to restore texture.
