Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 can 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation) Choose quality crab for best flavor.
  • 4 oz 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or any seafood seasoning) Feel free to adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese You can switch up the cheese for flavor variations.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.

Assembly

  • Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up the dough from the wide end to the tip, securing the filling inside.
  • Place the rolled-up bites on the baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bites are best served warm right out of the oven with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
