Ingredients
  

For the base

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

For the topping

  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a lined 9×9-inch baking dish.

Topping

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.

Chilling

  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

These bars are best served chilled and can be topped with a sprinkle of sea salt or crushed nuts for added flavor. To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze individually wrapped bars.
