  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts Sliced into strips
  • 3 pieces Bell peppers Assorted colors, sliced
  • 1 piece Onion Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning Adjust based on spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For coating the chicken and veggies
  • 8 pieces Tortillas Warm before serving
  • to taste Your favorite toppings Such as cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, or cilantro

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Slice the chicken and vegetables into strips.
  • Toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil and fajita seasoning until everything is well coated.

Baking

  • Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve the fajitas in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Tips: Cut all ingredients into uniform strips for even cooking. For extra flavor, marinate chicken in seasoning and olive oil for an hour before cooking. Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
