  • 1 pound Chicken breasts Boneless, skinless breasts recommended
  • 2 medium Bell peppers Any color of your choice
  • 1 large Onion Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing
  • 8 small Tortillas Flour or corn, as preferred

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Slice the chicken and vegetables into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken and vegetable strips with olive oil and fajita seasoning until everything is well coated.

Cooking

  • Spread the chicken and veggies in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Serving

  • To serve, place a portion of the cooked chicken and vegetables on a warm tortilla.
  • Allow everyone to add their preferred toppings.

Notes
