  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, kielbasa, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything well until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.
