  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Stir well until the chicken is evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Layering and Wrapping

  • Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface or plate. Divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, forming a tight wrap.

Toasting (Optional)

  • If you prefer a crispy wrap, you can toast them in a heated skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serving

  • Once wrapped, slice the wraps in half, and they’re ready to serve!

Notes
