Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

For the chicken filling

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the cheese mixture

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For assembly

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken to the skillet. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, and parsley until well combined.
  • Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.

Assembly

  • Spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  • Top with cooked garlic chicken, sliced onions, shredded lettuce, and tomato.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
  • Optional: Grill the wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side to seal and toast.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch dressing or spicy mayo. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
