  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over the rolled-out dough evenly.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, followed by oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Cut the dough into sticks using a pizza cutter or a knife.
  • Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
