Preparation

  • Slice the pears into thin, even pieces.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add sliced pears and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  • Cook pears for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assembly
