Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, blueberries, eggs, almond flour, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
