Preparation

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
  • Stir in the ketchup, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, white vinegar, and sugar.
  • Mix everything well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Serve the mixture on hamburger buns, and enjoy!

Notes

Big Mac Sloppy Joes are best served hot. You can add pickles or lettuce on top for extra crunch. They can be served with fries, chips, or a fresh salad. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a twist, try ground turkey or chicken.
