  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional) For garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  • Arrange the chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the asparagus around the chicken on the same baking sheet. Drizzle a little olive oil over the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown color.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
