  • 2 large apples, chopped Use a mix of sweet and tart apples for balanced flavor.
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped Feel free to customize the nuts.
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, walnuts or pecans, grapes, and dried cranberries.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with honey if you are using it.
  • Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss gently to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2 days. Add a little lemon juice to prevent browning. Add toppings like feta cheese or more nuts for extra flavor.
