Ingredients
  

Pickle Filling

  • 4 large large pickles Choose firm pickles
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dill seasoning Optional, for added flavor

Cooking Essentials

  • 1 spray vegetable oil spray For spraying on topped pickles
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Optional, for extra crunch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create space for the filling.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill seasoning until well combined.

Stuffing and Cooking

  • Stuff the pickle halves with the cheese mixture.
  • If using, spray the topped pickles with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Place the stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy with ranch dressing or a spicy dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. To reheat, pop them back in the air fryer for a few minutes. Customize with different cheeses or seasonings for personal preference.
