For the Potatoes

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes approximately 900 grams
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Preparation

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Wash and Prepare the Potatoes: Rinse the baby potatoes under cold water and dry them thoroughly. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters depending on their size.
  • Season the Potatoes: In a mixing bowl, combine the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until all potatoes are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, do this in batches.
  • Cook the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking. If they need extra time, cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Once done, carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
