Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- Strawberry Filling: 1 cup strawberries (sliced), ½ cup sugar, ¼ cup lemon juice
- Cheesecake Filling: 1- 8-ounce package of cream cheese (softened), ¼ cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Strawberry Layer: 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced), ¼ cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Place on the baking sheet.
- For the strawberry filling, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened, then cool.
- For the cheesecake filling, mix cream cheese, sugar, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Place a spoonful of cheesecake filling on each pastry square, top with the strawberry filling, and then with fresh strawberry slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
